Editorial Services
For existing manuscripts, I will perform developmental editing or copyediting, which consists of ensuring your project’s pacing, plot, themes, characters, etc. are consistent and would market well to your intended audience. This service costs $0.018 per word.
For standard proofreading, to correct grammar and spelling errors, would not include any developmental editing. This service costs $0.013 per word.
Agent Services
If you require representation for your finished manuscript, I will connect you with publishers that offer a pipeline to your intended audience. My rate for this service is 15% of gross author royalties.
In keeping with the Association of American Literary Agents Code of Ethics, no fees will be charged for editorial services if I act as your agent. Final touch-ups and editing will still take place, but will not be charged separately.
